RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Origin Gold Jewelers(together with “we”, “us”, and “our”) recognizes the importance of your complete satisfaction of our products and services. Our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy seeks to address your needs. Outlined below is our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.

Our return, refund, and exchange policy.

We encourage you to examine all photographs and description of the product before you purchase the same.

We strive our best to meet your expectations. Should our best efforts fall short of your expectations, please email us the following information at originsmcebu2018@gmail.com:

(1) your sales invoice number
(2) your complaint
(3) why you wish a refund or to return the item
(4) a clear photograph of the item showing the defect or subject of complaint.

Our response to requests for return, refund, or exchange are on a case to case basis. We will first look into your complaint before responding to your request.

We normally settle things out by asking you to choose other items with the same or higher price and let you pay the difference granting this case is already approved by the management team. We don’t accept refund.

However, we promise to address your concern ASAP.

Warranty period.

You have seven (7) days from receipt of the item within which to let us know of your complaint.

Defective item.

If you ordered a brand-new item and you discovered a hidden defect within the warranty period, please let us know by sending us the relevant information mentioned above (i.e., sales invoice, complaint, photographs, etc.). We will replace any verified defective item at no cost to you.

Wrong item received.

We will replace any wrong item sent to you as soon as we receive the wrong item. We will shoulder the shipping fees in returning the wrong item to us. Please send us a message containing the relevant information stated above so that we can act on your concern ASAP.

Not covered by warranty.

Requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges as a result of change of mind by a customer or the misuse or abuse of a product are not covered by our warranty. A valid reason must be presented which will be assessed by our team.
